Home is the Key to a Better Future

Every door opened through affordable homeownership unlocks opportunity—opportunity for connection, well-being, and stability. But too many families in Jackson County are still locked out.

This April, join Jackson Habitat for Humanity for Home is the Key, a nationwide campaign highlighting the urgent need for affordable housing—and how, together, we can help build a more inclusive community for everyone.

Why Home Matters

A decent, affordable home provides more than shelter. It’s the key to:

  • Stronger families and connected neighborhoods

  • Better health and educational outcomes

  • Economic stability and upward mobility

For families in our own community, home is the foundation for a brighter future.
